Innovative Solutions for Chronic Pain

Chronic Back Pain: Solutions When You've Tried Everything

You’ve been suffering for months or years. Physiotherapy, osteopathy, injections, medications... you’ve followed the protocol, but the pain is still there. We know this journey is physically and mentally exhausting. Our approach starts where standard solutions have failed.

Why Do Conventional Treatments Sometimes Fail?

Chronic pain develops its own mechanisms (central sensitization, neurogenic inflammation). If your care journey did not take these aspects into account, it was doomed to fail. Have you benefited from a multidisciplinary evaluation? Have causes such as subtle instability or scar fibrosis been explored?

The Next Step: Expertise in Complex Cases

When pain becomes chronic and resistant, advanced surgical expertise is required. It is no longer about following a standard protocol, but about building a custom strategy based on the analysis of previous failures.

The Crucial Step

Our Support Protocol: An Approach Designed for Complex Cases

Unlike standard consultations that focus on a symptom or an exam, our protocol is designed to analyze your situation as a whole. For a chronic and complex case, the solution does not lie in another treatment, but in an entirely new strategy. Here’s how we build it.

Continuing: The 4 Steps of Our Protocol

Complete History Analysis

The first step is an in-depth analysis of your entire medical journey. We don’t just study your latest MRI, but also the precise reasons for the failure of previous treatments: physiotherapy, injections, or even previous surgeries. Understanding the past is the key to building your pain-free future.

Multidisciplinary Evaluation

Your file is then presented to our network of experts in France. A neurosurgeon, an orthopedist, and sometimes a pain specialist collectively analyze your case. This multidisciplinary approach allows us to identify causes often missed in standard evaluations, such as subtle instability, scar fibrosis, or central sensitization.

Definition of a New Therapeutic Strategy

Based on this cross-analysis, one or more therapeutic strategies are proposed. This is not just a simple recommendation, but a detailed action plan: what type of intervention is most relevant (endoscopy, disc prosthesis, neuromodulation…), what are the expected benefits and associated risks.

Teleconsultation and Informed Decision

This new strategy is then presented and explained in detail during a private teleconsultation with the selected French surgeon. This is a crucial moment of exchange that allows you to ask all your questions and make an informed decision, with full possession of the information. You don’t leave with just an opinion, but with a clear action plan.
