We collect data you submit via our forms: identity, contact information and medical information required for your care.

First name, last name, date of birth
Postal address, phone number, email
Medical information: history, imaging, current treatments
Language and communication preferences

Purposes of processing

Your data is used exclusively to: organise your medical care, communicate with your home physician, manage your administrative and financial file, and improve the quality of our service.

Retention

Health data is retained for 20 years from your last consultation, in compliance with French regulations. Non-medical contact data is retained for 3 years after the last exchange.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have rights of access, correction, objection, erasure and portability over your data. To exercise these rights, write to dpo@franchir.eu.

Security

Your data is stored on secure servers in Europe. Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is strictly limited to Franchir's medical and administrative staff.
