This policy details how we protect personal information of Québec patients, complementing our general policy.
You benefit from the rights set out in the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector: access, correction, withdrawal of consent, portability and complaint to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Processing of medical data requires a transfer to France for review by partner surgeons. This transfer is governed by a specific agreement complying with both Act 25 and the GDPR.
No personal information is shared with a third party (surgeon, insurer, local physician) without your explicit written consent.
