Check your eligibility for the Norway pathway

Step one is a remote clinical assessment from Norway. Send us your details and imaging — we respond within 24 to 48 working hours by email.

A patient in consultation with two Franchir clinicians
Your initial remote consultation with our clinical team — from Norway.

How to apply

Three short steps before your remote assessment.

  1. Step 1

    Send the form

Tell us about your situation and share a link to your MRI or CT. The more structured your message, the faster we can triage.

  2. Step 2

    Receive our reply

Within 24 to 48 working hours, our team emails you to confirm next steps and any missing documents.

  3. Step 3

    Remote clinical review

A structured video or phone review of your file with our clinical team — no travel before medical validation.

What to expect

No surprise. Everything you need to know before you apply.

Format of the assessment

The first review is conducted remotely by our clinical coordination team trained in spine conditions.

It is not a substitute for a surgical consultation in France — but it is the necessary first step to organise it.

There is no obligation to proceed further if Franchir is not the right answer for you.

What to prepare

  • Recent MRI via secure link (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer…)
  • Previous imaging if available
  • List of medications and prior treatments
  • Operative reports of previous spine surgery if applicable
  • behandlingsforsikring details if you wish to discuss coverage
  • Your questions — we make time to answer them
